Refund Policy

There are no refunds. The Event Vendor Portal does not refund any fee, payment or charge, and is not responsible for scams or for losses between users.

1. Fees paid to the Portal

Every fee paid to the Portal is final and non-refundable. This includes featured profile fees, availability checking, subscriptions, upgrades, promotions, introductory and founding-member offers, and any other service we provide. It applies whether or not you receive enquiries or bookings, whether or not you use the service, whether you close your account, and whether we suspend or remove your listing.

2. Payments between vendors and customers

The Portal is not a party to bookings and does not hold or guarantee payments between vendors and customers. We do not refund deposits, advances or balances paid to a vendor, and we cannot recover them. Any request for a refund must be made to the vendor under the terms you agreed with them.

3. Scams and fraud

The Portal is not responsible for any scam, fraud, impersonation or dishonest dealing by any user or third party, and will not reimburse any loss arising from them. Please read the scam warnings in the Terms and conditions, Vendor terms and Customer terms before you pay anyone.

4. Cancelling

You may stop using the Portal or close your account at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any period already paid.

5. The law

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Sri Lanka. Nothing in it removes any right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
